GRP Structure
The LEKA Warm Roof
system is built around a
structurally tested GRP
framework including rafters,
ridge and ring beam with
higher tensile strength
than steel and no risk of
rot, moisture absorption or
condensation engineered
for long term performance.
Thermal Performance
High-grade PIR insulation
delivers solid house-roof
level thermal performance
with U-values as low as 0.10
W/m²K. A 15mm air gap
creates an effective thermal
barrier. The system retrofits
onto existing conservatory
frames, is suitable for low
pitches and is typically
installed in days.
External Build
Lightweight composite
slate or shingle tiles
from approximately 12kg
per m². The finish is UV
stabilised for long term
colour retention. The build
includes 100% waterproof
external boards with
breathable membrane
protection to manage
moisture and weather
exposure.
Compliance & Warranty
The system is preapproved and fully Building
Regulation compliant,
exceeding current UK
requirements. Completion
certification is available
through the approved
process. Backed by a 40
year LEKA component
warranty and supported
by a UK-wide installation
network.
